Estimate Raydium CLP Fee Returns Through Metrix Finance
Unlock higher Raydium fee yields with Metrix Finance: Your essential tool for DeFi insights and optimal liquidity pool strategies.
DeFi is a world full of uncertainty, mostly when dealing with the yields to be generated from a real revenue stream. The potential earnings are very hard to predict. Raydium will show an estimate of the fee before depositing into the liquidity pool, but the estimate is based on 24 hours of data and can be really off.
Most of the time, Raydium Liquidity Providers find that they get lower returns than the one displayed prior to investing. We aimed to solve this by implementing Raydium Exchange on Metrix Finance, the best Liquidity Mining tool.
On Metrix Finance, you can simulate the potential returns, find the deposit amounts & ratios of assets, discover a bulletproof range for your concentrated liquidity position, analyze the consistency of the liquidity pools, and much, much more.
We would like to give a warm thank you to the team at Raydium for seeing the value in a tool like ours & providing us with a grant for implementation.
How To Use Metrix Finance Raydium APR Calculator
After landing on the simulate page of Metrix Finance Fee Calculator, you will be able to select an exchange, network, pair, and fee tier. After selecting these, our software will determine which Raydium Liquidity Pool you will use for your simulations.
After selecting a liquidity pool, you will be greeted with a sleek interface that showcases the most needed metrics when it comes to providing liquidity on Raydium DEX.
The top holds some information about the Raydium Liquidity Pool: the two tokens it consists of, the Fee Tier, and the Network. Sometimes pricing can get a little bit confusing when dealing with decimals. You can flip the BASE & QUOTE assets by clicking the button the middle of the two assets. If you wish to view more analytics for the pool you selected you can open it on the Raydium website by clicking the far-right button.
This is where you get to analyze your potential return, enter your deposit amount, and see the percentage required quantity of each asset. From there, you can choose the range accordingly. The Estimated Fees and Deposit Amount showcase the potential return and deposit amount required for the pool, respectively.
Current Price is equivalent to current pool price. If you would like to test any other strategy in which you want to enter at a price different from the current pool price, then you can modify this; else leave as is.
Min Price & Max Price of the Raydium Liquidity Pool corresponds to the selected range. The more narrow your range is, the more yield you can extract, but concurrently, more risk is being taken on.
The Calculation Range section determines how many days the Raydium Calculator will factor in when estimating your return. For instance, if you choose 30 days, the Raydium LP Tool will analyze 30 days of volume, collected fees, liquidity distribution, and total value locked so you can reach an estimation of your yield. If you choose 7 days, it will only analyze 7 days. It helps to determine how the yield is between short-term and long-term. In the long term, the long-term yield of a liquidity pool could be high, and the short term could be low, meaning in the recent period, the collected fees are fewer than the pool TVL.
We are now moving on to the next section: the present distribution of liquidity and the chart showing correlation of the pool (chart of prices).
The Liquidity Distribution chart will allow you to analyze where other Raydium Liquidity Providers are putting their liquidity and help you decide where you may want to allocate your own.
The Correlation (Price Chart) will help you find out the recent prices of the Liquidity Pool so that you can find out what to set the Min Price and Max Price for maximum optimization.
Well, That’s It!
